Are you an artist, performer or a cultural worker of African descent who is interested in digging deep into our theme and sharing work as part of the festival?  Over the year, co-creators will explore this year's theme and co-produce individuals or collective work to be presented at one or more events/venues around the Bay Area (and all over the world online). Do you have an image, a journal entry, a story, a song, a thought, or the memory of a conversation that lingers with you? We want to hear it.  You don't have to be a poet or write a novel; We simply want an experience from your life that you carry with you wherever you go or one that you have to dig to remember.
 

Volunteer/Internship

Volunteers are the table on which the spread lays. None of this is possible without them. Our volunteers and interns are the rockstars of the party. As a member of our volunteer team, you can learn new skills, meet new friends, enjoy the amazing events and be a core part of a monumental project.
