Nigeria, After their formidable mother dies unexpectedly, a disconnected group of siblings have to bury their mother before other family members take matters into their own hands. Set in Lagos.

ROLES

Adaugo, 26-39| Igbo: oldest daughter first child*. Ahamefula’s known first daughter, who recently found out there’s another daughter older than her.

Amara, 33-46 | African American/Igbo: An adult that just discovered Ahamefula as their biological mother in the last year, unknown to the rest of her children.

Nduka, 24-39 | Igbo: Ahamefula’s first son, a peacemaker who wants everyone to get along.

Udoka, 22-36 | Igbo: Ahamefula’s second son, wants things handled efficiently, by the book.

Okwuigbo, 20-28 | Igbo US 1st-gen: Ahamefula’s last child, is focused on her academic achievements and personal career goals.
