Why are you participating in the Lit From The Black! 2024 fellowship

I would like to participate in the fellowship to broaden my knowledge within the theatre industry. I currently work front of house at Shotgun Players where I interact with the stage manager, box office, and patrons. In moving closer to the stage, I hope to gain an education on the technical side that helps the story be told in functional and compelling ways. I enjoy being a part of the storytelling process and hope to bring my skills in organizing logistics, paying attention to detail, and effective communication to various productions.
